In 2008, the Northeast Bird Group was founded with a board of thirteen members, suppliers and interested breeders. Our purpose is to bring breeders, suppliers, veterinarians, owners, and enthusiasts together creating the Northeast connection.  The club is open to all caged bird types and members residing in the Northeast. [Connecticut,  Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania]. Members shall recieve quarterly newsletters filled with free member  3-line advertising, business card ads, educational articles, breeder, owner and aviary spotlight features, Q & A forums and much more. Northeast Bird Group is building a Partnership Program to include discounts and member "deals" to all its members. The Summer/Fall Issue of the Northeast Bird Group Newsletter will be coming in late August!

Club Picnic & Bird Swap set for 3rd weekend in August 2009!

The Northeast Bird Group Club Picnic Potluck will once again be held at the home of Nat Mizzoni. The tour of Nat's beautiful Aviary is not to be missed. It is truly amazing to see so many beautigful birds raised outdoors in New England! THis year we will also have a huge bird mart/swap. So mark your calandars for August  16th, 2009.

This group is for buying, trading and selling pet birds, cages, food, and bird supplies in the Northeast United States. [RI, Mass., NH, Vermont, Maine, Conn., NJ,NY, PA] It is a place to exchange information, contacts, and provide club news and events information. This is not a place to designed to chat and once contact is made we ask that you email each other privately unless it contains information that is beneficial to the entire group. There are many breeders, pet owners, events and potential bird owners within the Northeast and this will be a place to bring it all together. This group is moderated by club members to maintain our goals.
